Administrative Assistant Student Services Job in Prince George, BC

Assists with providing strong, student focused Financial Aid services and Accessibility Support Services for CNC students and prospective students. This position is responsible for ensuring that the Financial Aid Advisor, the Accessibility Advisor and the Manager of Student Services are well-informed about system direction and potential changes, and also ensures the proactive communication of the impact of any changes on CNC students and other services. Works collaboratively across College departments and campuses to ensure students have maximum opportunity for financial aid awards and student services. Specifically, under the direction of the Manager, Student Services, and in cooperation/collaboration with faculty and operational staff in the Student Services area, the incumbent will provide support in three areas – Student Services, Accessibility Services and Student Awards and Financial Aid.
