Community Integration Specialist
$56,032.51 to $63,565.27 annually
As a Community Integration Specialist, you will be working with people who may have mental health and substance use challenges, and who are at risk of losing their housing or experiencing homelessness. You’ll work with government and community based non-profit agencies, connecting people to a wide variety of community-based supports and services to help meet their needs, and to communicate available Ministry services and programs through community channels. In delivering service through outreach programs, you’ll consider each person’s unique needs and cultural wellness when making decisions and advocating and liaising on their behalf.
