COMMUNITY SERVICES COORDINATOR – (Permanent, Full-time)
NATURE OF POSITION: Hiring one (1) Community Services Coordinator to work under the general supervision of the Manager of Community Services.
The Community Services Coordinator is the primary point of contact for community members seeking assistance with issues pertaining to community services provided by the Regional District.
The Community Services Coordinator supports work related to department objectives, local services, investigates the feasibility of service proposals made by community members and guides the established process, as assigned.
The Community Services Coordinator has considerable contact with external groups and agencies as well as with internal committees and elected officials.
RATE OF PAY: $40.95 per hour (January 1, 2024 rate)
DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: As set out in the job description.
BENEFITS: In accordance with the Collective Agreement with C.U.P.E. Local 1699. This is a Union position.
