If you enjoy a position that offers a wide variety of duties along with supporting a high performing team in a dynamic environment, Community Futures of Fraser Fort George (CF FFG) is hiring a part-time Office Administrator to join their team for 25 hours per week. This position may increase in hours as CF FFG is experiencing growth in our client services programs and in project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance on the most suitable business development pathway: includes scheduling appointments with a Business Analyst, recommending appropriate workshops, etc.
- Sets up the business development workshops, takes registration and prepares workshop materials for participants
- Regularly delivers the Information Session
- Supports the team members with Committee and Board meetings; this includes setting up the meetings, developing and distributing meeting packages and taking care of any other details, as required
- Inputs relevant data into the Client Management System
- Provides internal IT support to the team and acts as the liaison with our external IT service provider
- Provides support to the building maintenance service provider and janitorial and schedules seasonal requirements
- Supports the General Manager with the implementation of the Marketing Strategy; this will include being responsible for the development of a regular e-newsletter
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Completion of an Administrative certificate or diploma offered by public post secondary, Canadian accredited educational institution, or other acceptable equivalent training
- Previous experience in an administrative role, an asset
- Proficient skills in: IT, Microsoft Office Programs, and Client Management Systems
- Passion for helping and supporting others to achieve desired outcomes/successes
- Demonstrated ability in prioritizing tasks, problem solving, attention to detail, self-organizing, self-motivating and flexible with adapting to a variety of activities
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Above average interpersonal and communication skills
