About the opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will use their knowledge in construction of buildings to work collaboratively to ensure the delivery of construction projects from concept through post-construction documentation and close-out.  This role is responsible for the overall project management and successful performance of routine and complex construction projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, construction timelines and multi-million-dollar budgets.

About your background:

You have a university degree or post-secondary technical diploma in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.  The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in project management, construction of buildings, resource planning, procurement, and financial management and analysis.  You also have experience with project management and financial software systems. A Project Management certificate (CMP) or a professional project management designation (PMP) or equivalent is desirable.
