Reporting directly to the Team Lead, Residential Sales, the Sales Representative will be a key member of the sales team focusing on the sales of our residential home products and structural building components. You have a high level of professionalism and an ability to contribute to a positive culture based on mutual trust and respect while delivering results. You will be responsible for establishing new customers, maintaining ongoing contact with existing customers, preparing estimates and working to complete sales orders to support our brand of quality, consistency and ease of business.
You have post-secondary education preferably in business or a relevant trade qualification along with three to five years of experience in consultative sales with experience in the construction industry considered an asset. You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clientele. You are goal oriented, possess well-developed project planning skills and thrive on managing multiple projects under time and scheduling pressure. You use your exceptional communication skills and collaborative and innovative approach to decision making and problem solving to arrive at solutions to meet the needs of customers while achieving Winton’s progressive business objectives. Highly computer proficient with MS Office, design and presentation tools, costing software systems and CRM databases you easily adapt to changing technology.
