Kristopher Henderson has been a lawyer with Heather Sadler Jenkins LLP in Prince George since 2015, quickly developing a reputation as a go-to litigator in Prince George. Kristopher has experience in commencing and defending civil actions in BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court for claims involving personal injury, debt collection, bankruptcy proceedings, builder’s liens, insurance claims, and commercial disputes. In his career, he has appeared in multiple Supreme Court Chambers applications and Provincial Court applications. Kristopher has keen negotiation skills that he uses to get results for his clients.

A Prince George native, Kristopher graduated from the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. During his time at UNBC, Kristopher was selected to represent the university as a delegate at the Harvard National Model United Nation Conference. He also attended law school as part of Thompson Rivers University’s inaugural law class. While attending TRU Law, Kristopher worked as a researcher for labor law arbitrators Vince Ready, Chris Sullivan, and Corinn Bell. Kristopher graduated with his Juris Doctor degree in 2014.  Before attending law school, Kristopher worked as a constituency assistant for Minister Shirley Bond, assisting and advocating for constituents with various administrative and legal issues and helping charitable organizations with publicity and fundraising events. He also worked as a policy analyst and government policy researcher as part of British Columbia’s Legislative Internship Program.

Kristopher is very involved in his community. He is a board member of the Prince George Railway and Forestry Museum, the secretary of the Prince George Bar Association, and a member of the Prince George Chamber of Commerce Advocacy Committee. He has raised funds and participated in the Canadian Cancer Society Relay for Life and the Heart and Stroke Foundation Big Bike.
