The Economic Development Division promotes this page through annual national marketing campaigns and via social media; as a result, it is one of the most visited pages on the website. Employers who post their careers on the Move Up Prince George website are asked to include one of the following web buttons on their website’s career page and link it back to www.moveupprincegeorge.ca so that people searching for work can learn more about living in Prince George.

Community Driving Tours

The Economic Development Division’s Workforce Development Officer will act as a point-of-contact for answering questions about Prince George and/or provide driving tours of the city to prospective hires or newcomers. A tour takes about an hour and can be arranged by contacting us at info[At]moveupprincegeorge[Dot]ca and providing a requested tour date and time, the potential candidate’s name and position they are being interviewed for or have been hired for, and the community in which they are currently living.
