Get into the autumn spirit with Downtown Fallfest
Introduce yourself to the unique, green and sustainable farming culture that surrounds Prince George and enjoy the bountiful harvest season at Downtown Fallfest. Learn about our northern climate and connect with growers, farmers and key presenters through workshops and educational seminars while taking in PG’s largest fall outdoor shopping market.

Have some laughs with Red Green
Get your tickets to be entertained by famous comedian Red Green this month. Red’s latest tour, and potentially his last, will feature some brand new handyman projects, advice to married guys and teens, and tips on getting old. With special contributions from Harold and other cast members, you won’t want to miss this show. It may not be his last, but why take the chance?

Get creative, and try glass blowing
Play with fire and create your own piece of glass art at Canada’s only mobile glass studio. Glass House Xperience is rolling into Prince George for two-weeks to give folks the opportunity to try their skills at glass blowing. Everything from kid classes to two-hour sessions or two-day workshops, there’s something for everyone.

Picklefest. Yes, you read that right!
Ever loved a food so much that you wanted to go to a whole mini-festival about it? Well, if you’re as big of a fan as the rest of the community, and can’t get enough of those crunchy jarred cucumbers – you’re in for a real treat at Picklefest! Three folks will be walking you through pickle basics – is there a thing as too much dill, and what are the tips to make the best homemade pickles? Plus, discover the best cooking techniques for the best ever pickle-focused dishes you will die for.

Get your snowy activities sorted. Winter is coming.
The snow might not be flying yet but at CrossRoad’s next street festival, everyone will be thinking about those soon-to-be wintery months and all the fun snowy activities they can take part in. Connect with local clubs, small businesses, interactive activities and organizations that make the winter lifestyle in Prince George so great.
