Nancy O’s is a vegan paradise with multiple current options and even more being added on the regular. Their Warm Quinoa Bowl is loaded with beets, tofu, pumpkin seeds and apples. All topped with a maple tahini dressing! Hellllooooo nurse!

A&W

This fast-food chain has done an amazing job creating a tasty takeaway treat. Follow in the footsteps of Plant-Based PG and substitute the fries for a healthy homemade veggie dish.

Freshii

These guys do a phenomenal job offering a healthy and fresh option to the take out scene. The Teriyaki Twist at Freshii is an absolute must have.

Chopped Leaf is one of the newest restaurants in Prince George is loaded with vegan options. The staff seem very informed about their product and the veggies are served nice and crisp!

The Salted Cracker

You’ll get all sorts of yum at The Salted Cracker on those days when you’re really needing comfort food. Their soups are clearly labelled and they offer tons of gluten-free options as well.

I may be biased but Play Grounds Cafe is one of my favourite places for a quick lunch. Kids can play, there are vegan options, and it’s locally owned… what’s not to love?

Karahi King

The owners at Karahi King always seem to go the extra distance to offer vegan/plant-based options. Call them 10 minutes before your shift ends and pick-up on the way home for a ready to eat dinner.

Earls Restaurant

Earls has joined the revolution and now has a tofu substitution option on their menu! Be sure to specify if you are plant-based or vegan as some of their dressing contain honey.

Col Juicery

Col Juicery is another amazing locally owned business that offers an assortment of vegan treats. Their cold pressed juices are absolutely divine and can help cure some of the nasty colds we’ve been seeing around the city lately.

Thanh Vu

Thanh Vu is known for their huge portions and delightful vegan dishes. This fan favourite is the perfect option if you’re craving a little Asian flair.
