Aesthete Fine Arts
Aesthete Fine Arts was established in the heart of downtown Prince George to bring a contemporary commercial art market to the region. It gives local artists and others from across BC a place to showcase and sell their artwork to collectors who live in Prince George. If you’re interested in adding a new piece to your collection, this is the place to go.
Omineca Arts Centre
Omineca Arts Centre is a volunteer artist-run centre that provides opportunities for emerging and professional visual, literary, musical, and performing artists. Watch their Facebook page for upcoming art exhibits, musical performances, literary talks, craft fairs, and more.
The Central BC Railway and Forestry Museum
If history is more your thing, head to The Central BC Railway and Forestry Museum. The museum offers a glimpse into Prince George’s past, when the railway and forestry were the region’s lifeline. Wander through old rail cars, learn about forestry equipment, and take in the indoor exhibit.

Theatre NorthWest and Judy Russell Presents
Theatre NorthWest is a professional regional theatre that produces four main stage and two second stage plays per season, which starts each year in September and runs through to the following spring. They also offer stage reading performances. Judy Russell Presents typically produces one main stage production per year at The Playhouse. Performances have included The Nutcracker, Les Miserables, and Legally Blonde: The Musical & Cabaret.
Enchainement Productions, Excalibur Theatre Arts Co., Method Dance Society, and Yalenka
Enchainement Productions and Excalibur Theatre Arts Co. offer a variety of dance classes, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, modern, contemporary, lyrical, and more. Method Dance Society is a non-profit contemporary dance company that is fairly new to the local dance scene. Yalenka Ukrainian Dance teaches traditional dances to children, youth, and adults. Watch all of these dance studios for special performances throughout the year.

Mad Loon Entertainment
If you love live music, keep an eye on Mad Loon Entertainment’s Facebook page for shows featuring a variety of musicians from Prince George and around BC. Hosted at venues around town, these shows always feature amazing talent and no shortage of toe tapping good tunes.
