The School of University Studies & Career Access requires a full-time instructor for the Natural Resources and Forest Technology (NRFT) program. Successful completion of the probationary appointment will result in a regular full-time appointment. The responsibilities will be primarily teaching with secondary duties of applied research. Areas taught will have a core forestry focus but could include the full spectrum of courses delivered within the NRFT program.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in applied, field-based forest resource technology, and bring a capability and interest in conducting applied research for industry, government and Aboriginal peoples in forest-based natural resources.
