You have successfully overseen a housing program.
You have proven leadership experience working with a harm reduction approach in a cultural context.
Are you a strong and positive role model?
Along with being a well-organized, motivated individual that coordinates service delivery for The Knight’s Inn (The Inn) Program and supervises a 44-unit residential program. You will have experience in program management: staff management, scheduling, Critical Incidents reporting coordination, case management and report coordination; budget and fiscal management; coordination with internal/external community resources; coordination/implementation of the crisis response system; provide support and advocate for client centered issues; and part of the On Call crisis response system, is required.
